14-Day Pilot Terms
This page explains the practical access, data and working expectations for a Double Agent pilot. Final pilot details are confirmed in writing before connection.
Pilot scope
The 14-day pilot is a focused evaluation of the Double Agent inside the agreed HubSpot workflow. The pilot scope, outcomes and configuration are confirmed before access is granted.
HubSpot access
Access is limited to the records, inboxes, pipelines and workflow areas required for the agreed scope. Darcode does not require unrestricted access to unrelated systems.
Your data remains yours
Your agency retains ownership and control of its CRM data. Darcode uses access only to configure, operate and review the pilot service.
Confidentiality
Agency information, customer information and workflow details shared for the pilot are treated as confidential and used only for the agreed service.
Data handling
The pilot is designed around your existing HubSpot environment. We collect and use only the information needed to provide the agreed workflow support.
Security responsibilities
Your team remains responsible for its HubSpot account, permissions and internal policies. Darcode follows the access limits agreed for the pilot and will flag any access or workflow concern.
Access can be revoked
You can ask for access to be removed during the pilot. At the end of the pilot, access is reviewed and removed or renewed only by agreement.
Retention and deletion
Pilot materials and configuration notes are retained only as needed to operate the pilot, review results and complete agreed follow-up. Deletion or return requests can be discussed at any time.
After the pilot
You can stop, continue with a separate service agreement, or agree a different scope. There is no obligation to continue.
